* Varieties of fabrics.

I was recently asked to define a particular fabric and that's when I suggested, probably it's better to understand our textile by its process instead of a generic name. Especially in the context of trade-marking and GI tagging the fabrics without much deliberation. The below list, which in itself incomplete, is a small example of how various cotton textile could be distinguished.
