Returns & exchange

  •  In the event that you wish to return the bought product, here is our policy on returns:
  •   We advice the customer to check the product against the invoice before accepting the parcel from the courier agency.
  •    We have a stringent quality control system in place. However, in an exceptional situation, if you find that the merchandise you have received is damaged, you would need to send us an e-mail stating the problem, a photo of the product and its code number within 24 hours of receiving the product . 
  •    Upon receiving your email, our quality control team will analyze your concern and approve your return request . Once that is done, you would be eligible to return the product. 
  • We request you to bear in mind that because we partner with craftsmen who use only handcrafted material and the process being a hand involved one, slight aberrations in textile, print and sewing are bound to happen and should not be considered as 'damaged'. 
  • Please do make sure that the product is returned to us in the condition you received it, with the tags intact. We do not accept returned merchandise if the tags are cut off.
  • If you wish to exchange a garment for another size in the same style, do send us an email right away to enable us to keep that piece aside for you. In the situation where we do not have the required garment size, you can either choose another design in the required size or opt for a store credit slip.
  • We will strive to process all returns within 5 working days.
  • We do not cover the expense of returns from you.
  • Washed, used or ironed garments cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • We genuinely want to keep our customers satisfied with their purchase and believe that that's the only way to spread awareness about handcrafted products.
  • All return requests are subject to the discretion of the 'metaphor racha' team.
